This sub-woofer has amazing sound! My room is small enough that I can barely turn the sub-amp on without rumbling the entire house. I love that! It's just hard to believe that a speaker box that is so thin can help get such incredible sound. It fits perfectly between 16" center studs. Installation was fairly easy (this was the first time I have installed a speaker in the wall). The part I had the most trouble with the speaker grill. It's a tight fit for the grill in the groove Definitive Technology makes for it. Once you get it started, then it's not too bad fitting it the rest of the way in. Both the bezel and the speaker grill paint very easily so you can match it to your wall color. All-in-all, I'm very pleased with this sub-woofer!
