I picked this up on sale at Best Buy and so far I have loved it. I purchased this as an upgrade as I do have another working laptop however this one is a huge upgrade over it. The things I really liked about this particular laptop were the large screen size, quad core processor and then especially the keyboard. The keyboard on this laptop has solid feeling keys as well as the number pad on the side which I love. Another thing I love about the keyboard is the spacing in between the keys, there is a nice millimeter gap between each key which makes it easy to clean and easy to type on, most laptop keyboards I have typed on feel to small and compact and that was not the case on this laptop, I cannot stress enough how much I love this keyboard. The mouse is smooth and responsive although you can't scroll up and down a page by sliding your finger along the very edge of the mouse which is a feature I do like on my other laptop and will miss on this one. The screen has been completely glare free in my use so far and it is easy to adjust the brightness on it quickly. The laptop is two tone on both the outside and inside, the inside is black around the screen and keyboard and silver along the entire length where the mouse section is. It is silver and black on the outside however mostly silver )about 80% and then black on the last part(The silver on the outside is actually a metal, not plastic and feels sturdy. The description of this product doesn't give much information which I felt was a bit odd considering how big a purchase it is for most people and how different computers can be. It does tell you it has a 17.3" screen and AMD Quad Core(A6) processor and 500GB HDD however it doesn't tell you anything about the operating system or ram. It runs Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and 4 GB of DDR3 ram. Overall I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would happily recommend this laptop.

Edit: You can use the side scroll feature on the edge of the mouse, it just isn't a default setting.
