I've had this printer for 3 months now. It does okay for smaller jobs, but does have some issues. The biggest problem is that it doesn't print well when you load a lot of paper. It's suppose to hold a ream (500) sheets. It does okay if you limit it to around 200, otherwise it is constantly jamming and tearing the paper. The copy feeder works well but if you're using cheaper paper it jams a lot. For $499 I wish I had bought something better.
