Received this item when I unpacked it the case was damaged so I contacted the seller and they said "Also, please let us know if anything else inside the computer is damaged aside from the outside case." So I hooked everything up, plugged it in and ....nothing. I let them know that the computer was DOA. Contacted them back they said to fill out the RMA info and they would send me a label to return it, still no label to return. They also said they would repair the case, and if they had to file a claim with UPS and I would have to wait for that to go through. I paid for a new case and they want to repair it (I paid for new, not refurbished, so they are going to collect money from UPS on a claim but repair the case and send it back to me,pretty cheesy way to increase profits), why do I have to wait for their claim with UPS I am not the one who used crappy packaging or damaged the case. I paid for a brand new working computer and if I receive a damaged non working computer they should take it back and replace it immediately. It has been 10 days since I ordered the item it is going to take a week for them to receive it back, who knows how long before I even get a return label, a week to send it back, and if I have to wait for a UPS claim then who knows how much longer, I guess they have my money so it doesn't matter to them how long they screw me over.
