It's more expensive than other solutions but the fact is it is simple to set up, works easily, and has a great range between the door and strobe / doorbell. I tried a GE product that was crap, it was half the cost but it's range was maybe 20 feet. The range on the Signature Series is really good and for me the signal is going through very thick walls which is a testament to its quality.
