I got this on Amazon for $250.00. It's a ridiculously amazing deal. Mine came with the attachable dock/drive-- totally unexpected, and made me even happier with the bargain. I also got an extra 1gb of ram (total of 2gb).

The computer is slick weighing in at about 3.5lbs. I feel like a secret agent carrying it around (I'm also a [multiple] Macbook Pro owner, so I love compact quality). The laptop is incredibly sturdy, as Thinkpads are expected to be. For a business user, this is a much better deal than most of the consumer laptops on the market. The keyboard is small, but not too crowded for typing comfortably. The keys are solid and don't feel like they're going to pop off any second.

The trackpad (stick) takes some getting used to. I wouldn't recommend traveling without an external mouse.

The display is unexciting TFT using integrated graphics, so don't expect any eye-popping colors, but it does the job. The lid closes securely, and closes the gaps between the keyboad/lid so that dust or debris stay out.

For word processing, e-mailing, or quick graphic/spreadsheet editing- this laptop is fantastic. 12" is too small for extended use, but it's perfect for mobility. Since there's no optical drive, you can download VLC media player and load your movies as .avi files.

There are 3 USB ports- two on the right, 1 on the left. Integrated VGA lets you hook this up to projectors for presentations or an external monitor (if you don't have the dock). There's also an infrared receiver (for remote controls), a finger print reader, dedicated volume buttons, mini-firewire, SD, ethernet, mic/headphone, Wireless A/B/G. There are external power indicator lights. My battery is showing 10 hours with the brightness turned down and 8.5 hours with the brightness on max. It has Windows XP installed, so I'm going to test it out with both Ubuntu and Windows 7 to see where it scores.

This laptop is much more powerful than a netbook, and the price beats most other ultraportables out of the water.

Carl Zeiss Conquest MC Riflescope (Rapid-Z 600, 3-9X40) Review

I always do research on any item before purchasing, that being said this is an amazing scope.
The first scope I order came quickly, but unfortunately the first scope had a flaw (chip or small crack internally).
I was leaving on my hunting trip in two days, but amazon customer service stepped up to the plate. Kudos for amazon, they exchanged the scope by overnighting a new Zeiss scope to me before I even returned the flawed scope. Then the returned scope was free for me to return too. (most impressive) Thanks again Amazon.
I previously had a Leupold v3 on my 300 win mag hunting rifle. unfortunately the Leupold would not hold zero. That being said I still like Leupold, but in my comparison this Zeiss rapid-z is top dog in optics and holds zero like no other. I feel like I can see in the dark with this second Zeiss scope. You can clearly see through this scope minutes after legal shooting time. I have owned this scope now for 3 seasons, and have only zeroed this scope the first time at 200 yards and have not adjusted it since. I'm and Alaskan hunter. Mother nature up here is one of the most demanding and respected I have ever experienced. This is a great scope, and I have taken more big game with this scope that I am ultimately pleased with Zeiss.

My husband and I got this security system to protect our home, workshop and barn. Packaging was good, instruction manual and quick start guide were easy to use. Everything we needed to install was in the box including mounting brackets, screws, mouse, remote control, etc.- which I appreciate. We had no problem getting the cameras up and running and viewing them on my computer. Picture is really clear-color by day and black and white on the night vision mode. It works by motion detection so hard drive space lasts a long time and it automatically records over when full-30 days and counting of space so far. I had some questions about viewing it on my iPhone so I called Swann Customer service (1-800-627-2799) and I gave her permission to use logmein and take over my desktop and she set up the whole thing remotely while I sat back and watched-cool! Really nice people at Swann California office. I called once after hours to ask about viewing my security system with a Blackberry (yes you can)-and I got to speak with someone at their home office in Australia-they were very cool. Overall very good product and great customer service. I'm ordering another one to put up at my mother's house to help her feel more secure in her home. We saved more than enough installing our own system myself to pay for hers.

Synopsis

The product arrived on time and in great condition.

I want a card that gives me a great gaming experience with no lag and no stuttering . When I am recording, I want my gaming experience to be just as great. I also want a card that's well built, has power to grow, and looks awesome.
This card is exactly what I want. The MSI GTX 680 Power Edition has black and yellow detailing that looks great with my MSI Big Bang Z77 Mpower motherboard. It has military grade components which gives durability to the card. It has enough power to grow as games become more power intensive and enough power now to give me a great gaming experience.

What is a GTX 680 Power Edition?

I came across this Power Edition card and wanted to learn more about the differnces between it and the lightning. I quickly realized there is precious little information about the PE card. So, I am writing this to put some more information out there to you.

This card appears to be a binned down version of the 680 Lightning. The components are military grade, the design is the same, and even the N2 BIOS and Power Reactor are included on the motherboard. And oh yes, the same Lightning color scheme.

I first installed this card in my older Dell XPS 700 computer. I had to use the included 6 pin to 8 pin power adapters to supply power to the card. I was cautions, as the card specs require 38 amps on the 12 volt bus and my power supply only has 30. Since I wasn't planning on overclocking the card, I felt I wouldn't cause any damage to the XPS power supply or the card.
The card performed very well in the XPS and I noticed a significant boost in performance in games like Crysis 2 and Battlefield 3. Unfortunately, my CPU was still bottlenecking my gaming performance. I didn't do any bench or stress testing with this card in the XPS as that was not the purpose of the XPS install. My purpose of installing the card in the XPS was to make sure the card worked, that the card would work with the 6 pin power adapters, and to basically state that the card will work in older systems.

Specs

The GPU processor has a Core / Base clock of 1019 MHz and a Boost clock of 1058 MHz. The card that I have boosts to 1110 MHz, which just happens to be the Core / Base clock of the Lightning.

I ran Haven and acheived the following Scores:

Conclusion

I am very pleased with my purchase of this card. The card meets and exceeds my expectations. The card performs extremely well in my new system and even works well in my older XPS system. While I have no intention of overclocking this card at this point, as games progress. I expect I'll be able to overclock it to get better performance as the need arises and because it's overbuild, the card should last until such time.

I highly recommend this card and highly recommend Amazon as the source vendor.
