I bought this package for my beach house and I literally installed it in 2 minutes. All I had to do was take it out of the box, plug the modem in and put batteries in the sensors. I put the water sensor in my crawl space and the temperature sensor in my kitchen cabinet.

Since it uses the cell phone network, instead of the internet, I can still cancel my cable all winter which save me about $150 per month. I just ordered 2 door sensors from their website that I haven't received yet.
