I can't help but notice the thing most people are complaining about are unrelated to Toshiba, or this computer in particular. Most of them are actually complaints about Windows 8, or because they can't operate a computer. For example the one below blames the computer because HE misses letters in his typing, yet in his comment he insists that it's the computer missing the letters... :O LOL! Just because you can't type doesn't mean the computer sucks... XD And then when it was said that this computer is slow? Really? It's a 3rd generation i-core processor, it has 2 core and 4 threads, and can handle 32 gig of memory, that is NOT slow. Yeah it might not be the most ideal for the newest, most resource intensive games on the market, but it damn sure isn't "slow" by any stretch of the imagination. 90+% of computer users would be just fine with this, if you're not playing resource intensive games, cranking out advanced computation with sophisticated algorithms, or need some advanced functiionallity like embeded systems support, then this will be just fine. I'd say it's an average deal at $550-ish, a decent deal under $500-525, and a good deal at anything under $500.
