Prints look great, and it prints fairly fast, it will take a minute to warm up before the first page prints if it has sat for awhile, but once it is warmed up it prints very quickly.
Only drawbacks I have experienced so far are this. If the power goes off the ink drains out of the tubes. Solution buy a good sized battery backup so that if the power flashes you don't lose that expensive ink. Also you can't move the printer without shutting it off. There was a warning with it that says never tilt more than 1 degree when it is on because the warmed up wax may spill or leak.
We have printed over 5,000 pages (most with pictures) with this printer so far, and are quite pleased. Hoping for the generic ink to get cheaper soon, so the savings can be even better.
