bought this item via FROM AMAZON, not the seller listed here. the touchscreen is fantastic for our non-verbal special needs daughter for "cause and effect" type computer games (although programs that ACTUALLY work w/ Windows 7 out-of-the-box are currently hard to find; seems most "Windows 7 Compatible" games have to be updated via internet); relatively easy to set mouse/screen for single click (vs double) and put mouse and keyboard away for possible future use. Also, we do NOT have it permanently connectd to internet, so can't speak to that long-term functionality. HIGHLY RECOMMEND despite all my caveats!!
