Easy to assemble and looks decent. Although, the fake wood pieces that slide in the front are a joke. The manufacturer should have done something better. the vertical post hides cables from the TV but the back is open so the power and communication cords can be seen on the floor in back. Some backing material would improve the look.

This is the best way to mount a TV in my opinion. No need to run cables through the wall and the TV pivots so easily.
