CyberpowerPC Gamer Ultra GUA410 Desktop (Red/Black) Review

This PC in theory is an awesome PC. CyberPowerPC did a great job with functionality to price ratio.. in theory. I received my PC about 2 months ago. after 2 weeks of having it. It began to shut off randomly and for no apparent reason. I hit the power button and it wouldn't turn back on. The only way it would come on is if i unplugged it, plug it back in and then powered it on. It was so random that sometimes it would shut back off 5 min after when other times it would stay on a whole day. I called CyberPowerPC and they seemed very understanding and immediately sent out a shipping label for a warranty claim. Two weeks later i get the PC back. Within 3 hours of the PC running it shut off again. Of course i was very upset. I called CyberPowerPC back and they wanted me to send it in again. I asked for the PC to be replaced and instead of repaired (for obvious reasons), and they stated that they couldn't help me there. I've brought a brand new PC and it doesn't work.. why not replace it. So it's been 2 months and my computer is still not at home due to the fact i had to send it back in. Now.... Im stuck with a DUD.. who knows maybe it'll actually work when i get it back next week. but overall the experience with The CyberpowerPC Gamer Ultra and CyberPowerPC in general has been one i could do without.
