I bought this phone for my wife as a gift. She is not tech savvy. So when she attempted to read the instruction on the use of the phone's features the manual was very limited and she was frustrated. This lead to the eventual return of the product. It started with the phone's language being in Spanish when it was powered up and it was hard for her to navigate to the page to change the language. A Spanish speaking friend fixed that for her. Next we found this phone is not warrantied in the US because it is a European model.The connectivity information for your particular provider has to be put into the phone because it is unlocked and the manual does not have instruction on this procedure. The company that sold the device was very helpful in providing the carrier information but could not provide instruction for the input. The result was you could not download pictures and videos or connect to the internet.
If you are Tech savvy and do not need much instruction this a good buy. The display is beautiful and the dual SIM card is a nice feature, if you have a personal and a business phone you can now have one device for both. If it had better instructions it would have been a keeper for the price and features. It is not a smart phone but a good practical tool.
