The FF440 fax server is flawlessly receiving faxes and sending them on to a network share as tif files. The reason I am happy with MultiTech's support is because there was a problem with standard resolution faxes not being seen correctly by photo editing software. Viewers saw them ok, but editing software did not. MultiTech's support team helped me narrow the problem down and then worked hard to come up with a fix. Once installed, I have had absolutely no problems with the machine. I highly recommend this product.
