The cameras arrived from the vendor faster than advertised. I pulled out the cameras inspected everything for damage ( found none ) then op checked cameras inside. During the op check I placed cameras in window to get an idea how they would perform when installed. Everything looked great untill that night. When the IR leds lit up it washed out the video image. I figured this was due to reflection from the window and placed cameras back in box for safe keeping. Last week I finally got around to installing the cameras outside. Everything again looked great. Nice image, able to adjust range to cover areas I wanted. Then it started getting dark. Now let me say these cameras work very well in low light. Holds a great image well into dusk. I watched the monitor smiling as the cameras switched to night vision. Then my smile faded as the image washed out as it got darker. 3 of 4 cameras have no usable image at night. The 4th camera has a good image over 90% of the screen. Bottom 10% is not that good.
Update....... Issue with bad night vision was location of cameras to close to house sofits creating glare from IR LED's. Once repositioned cameras worked quite well.
Update 2..... One camera has stopped working. Past the 90 day warranty so it will not be replaced by vender. Next time I will look for longer warranty.
