When this laptop arrived we thought that we had what we were looking for, for the whole company, in terms of power, performance, build quality, battery life, and the compromise between bulk and capability. It is really nice and a big improvement over the previous HP mobile workstations. Only after we found the real pricing of the Dell Precision M4800 , did we realize our mistake. The Dell Precision cost $1k less than list laptop for comparable performance and a 3200 x 1800 screen.

There is nothing wrong with this machine, but give Dell a chance if you are looking for a better value and higher screen resolutions.
